How do their systems connect to the outside world (the internet)?
Presumably this is through some central connection. You may be able to
block sites you disapprove of at that point, or interpose a device that
will between your connection and your workers. My employer does this
very effectively, but then they have almost unlimited resources.
Fortunately, sites that interest teens, and sites critical to business
have absolutely zero overlap, so you can be brutally effective.
Unbelievably, some UK unions are insisting that being able to goof off
on the internet at your employers expense is an inalienable human right.
I won't be voting for them.
