Are you saying the Microsoft Document Imaging program won't open the .mdi or the
program is not available. If it is the latter, Office doesn't install Microsoft
Document Imaging by default. Go to Add and Remove Programs in the control panel,
scroll down to Office, click change, insert your setup disk, find Document
Imaging, run all from your computer.
