Re: First Vista Printer USB or Local?

I installed Vista 32 bit about 7 months ago - a clean install, not an
upgrade. I have been using it with my HP printer without incident.

Because of the fuss here, I borrowed my neighbors Canon i860. I turned off
the computer and disconnected the HP. I then connected the Canon. Upon
booting the computer the printer was identified and resident drivers were
installed. A test page was successfully printed.

I #####DON"T##### have 20 years experience in IT.
