I have to do some search and replace jobs for bunch of doc files.
I have a idea to do the jobs in a handy way.
Convert them to text formats and do the search and repalce jobs and
convert back to the doc formats.

As I know Word doesn't support the batch converting job, is there a
utility or something for batch converting?
