1st. You could simply change the domain back to the old one, log back into
the old profile, run the files and settings tranfer wizard and save the old
profile, change the domain name back to the new one, log on, and run the
files and settings transfer wizard again and import the profile.

2nd. If both domains are A/D, use the Active Directory Migration Tool to
migrage the machine to the new domain.

3rd. Check out the 'moveuser' command in the 2003 support tools kit.
