RE: Apparent Incompatibility between Windows Vista and AOL VR 9

I have exactly the same problem and have spent hours folllowing suggestions
from Aol help such as disabling phishing filters and firewalls. No luck at
all. The comments from those people questioning our wanting to use Aol are
totally unhelpful. I am 71 years old and have used Aol for some years so I am
a bit set in my ways.Surely there must be Aol customers who have not had this
problem and surely Aol knows about it though they deny it when I ask.
