No matter how you get the screen shot, you may want to take measures to
minimise the file size, like if you or the other party uses dialup for
internet connection or your web traffic is metered. Where possible, use
..PNG format for screen shots because it is a non-lossy compression method
that is very efficient for typical windows with a small mix of colors. If
the screen shot includes pictures with lots of different shades of color,
then .JPG, while lossy, is probably a better format.
