Using Vista? Be sure to let it create the crash dump and then be sure to
submit them to Microsoft when prompted. They actually DO look at them and
they are very helpful in finding and fixing bugs.
1) Are you using voice recording at the time? Maybe the file is getting too
big?
2) Try turning off audio indexing (Tools -> Options -> Audio and Video ->
Uncheck Enable searching audio...)
3) Try temporarily turning off other "automatic" features such as automatic
backup, automatic optimization, automatically lock sections, etc to see if
that resolves the problem.
4) Check the task manager (ctl+alt+del) after a few hours but before the
problem to see if the OneNote.exe process is taking an usually large amount
of memory.
