It seems that you are mixing *physically* existing printers and
*virtual* printers.
The latter have to be installed on the computer.
With OneNote it's not different from any other virtual printers - be
it FinePrint or Adobe Acrobat.
You won't be able to produce a PDF the way you are thinking it might
be done with OneNote. [1]

In so far what I said in my last posting was anything but "technically
inaccurate" as you pleased to characterize it ..
