Annie, please do as I requested before and go to the link I gave you
that explains what details to include in a newsgroup post. No one can
help you unless you provide enough information because no one here can
see your computer.

If English is not your first language, then you may be more comfortable
posting in a newsgroup for your native language. I say that not to
offend you but to help you get answers you seek. Here is a list of all
