| RE: Restoring deleted Junction Points If you delete a junction point using Windows Explorer or a del /s command,
this will affect the target directory and all subdirectories. Deleting a
junction point using Explorer is not safe, because it will delete the
targeted files immediately as if using shift-delete. If you drag the
junction to the recycle bin, the targeted files will look safe, but will be
deleted when the recycle bin is emptied.
This all sounds kind of messy. I think I would create a new account, and
start over.
