I haven't used it myself, but SnappyFax ($30 US at
[url]http://www.snappysoftware.com/snappyfax/[/url]) is often recommended.

Personally, I think most people would be better off buying an
inexpensive stand-alone fax machine. I got mine on sale for $20, and
it works fine.
