Hi,

Visual Studio is a separate program that you would have to download and
install. To change language versions of Office requires the purchase of and
installation of the preferred language. You can't simply make a change in an
existing install of another language.

As to the support window, I don't know if it can be extended. If your copy
of Vista was preinstalled and came with the system, you need to check with
the manufacturer. For a retail packaged product, you need to contact the
local Microsoft support office:
