Hi Chay,
It should be the responsibility of your new bank to give you help and
support in using their web site. In the first instance you should contact
their help desk for support.
Generally, for IE (which uses security zones to rank the safety of web
sites) you should add your bank web sites to your Trusted Zone which has a
default security level suited to most ecommerce sites.
Tools>Internet Options - Security tab.
Click on the Trusted Zone icon,
Click on the Sites button and add your banks web site eg. *.mybank.com
(You may want to do this with the assistance of the banks help desk, as they
should know the exact instructions and any further adjustments required for
the security settings for the Trusted Zone)
If needed, check the security restrictions for the Trusted Zone... click the
Custom button...
The settings for "Run components not signed with Authenticode" and "Run
components signed with Authenticode" may need adjusting.
Again it is best to consult with your Banks help desk.... If they have done
their job their web site should run without errors when it has been placed
in the Trusted Zone, with the default settings for the Trusted Zone.
Regards.
