| RE: DHCP client and TCP/IP NetBios Helperservice not auto starting put the windows CD into the cd rom drive and do the following:
Start:
Run
type in:
sfc.exe /scannow
This will validate that all of the files are proper. After completion reboot
and then run a windows update and reboot again regardless of the results.
This should resolve the problem.
