When you install a program to the storage card it generally creates a
shortcut in your programs folder, so I'm not sure these programs of yours
are properly installed.

However, to create a shortcut is very similar to on a Windows desktop.
In File Explorer, tap and hold on the program file, then go to
\Windows\Start Menu\Programs find a blank spot, (scroll to the bottom)
tap and hold, and select "Paste Shortcut."
