Well I guess mine actually wants to obey that setting, LoL. Sure it updates every 4 hours just fine, but after 72 hours it stops and I have to turn off and turn back on automatic feed update to enable it for the next 3 days.

BTW, if you want to see how your RSS feeds are going, go to Control Panel,
Scheduled Tasks. Turn on the option to view hidden tasks (Advanced menu)
and you will be able to see the User Feed Synchronization task.

Now that I've enabled Hidden Tasks, I see that I have the same setting in
Settings tab. However, my RSS Update schedule default is "every 4 hours"
and I do not see the behavior you report.
