That's a little strange. Although the default Height should be 4.72
inches (which it is), the default Width should be 6.30 inches (but
you're saying it's 5.07 inches!).

This is where I'm not clear.
If you place your cursor in the Height box, you should be able to delete
the value of 5.07 (it sounds like you're able to do this). Then all you
need to do is enter a new value, say 10 inches. But you're saying it
"will not accept" it. What do you mean? Is it as if your keyboard isn't
working? What *precisely* happens when you tap the "1" key followed by
the "0" key while you're in the Height box (followed by clicking on the
"OK" button)? |
