What is the exact problem you are experiencing with MSPAINT? Please be
as specific as possible. If there are any error messages, post them in
their entirety.

And just out of curiosity, why do you feel you needed to format your
hard drive? Almost always, this is not necessary. And did you perform a
clean installation of Windows XP Pro? Here is an excellent page with
