I need help from an MVP. If you know the solution then it's great. If not
then at least please give me an address where to go for a solution and here
is my problem.

I use XP PRO and I use the MS PAINT very much.
I had to format the computer, reinstall windows and the rest, but MSPAINT
which is part of windows refuses to install properly.

I went to ADD/REMOVE, deleted and re-installed MSPAINT but it went back on
with the same problems. I repeated this experiment twice but it still goes
on with the same problems.

Where in the Microsoft system I can get help for MSPAINT?
