I'm running Vista Home Premium - how do I tell if I am logged in as
administrator?

What I am seeing when I right click on the Icon is in on the desktop,
I am get the "open file location" option and can find the
folder/program the icon represents. But when I right click on an icon
on the Start/All Programs list, I do not get that option. By clicking
on properties, I get a box that provides info on the icon location,
but nothing about the folder/program. The following is available in
that box:
Open
Pin to Start Menu
Add to Quick Launch
Sen To
Cut Copy Delete
Rename
Properties
