He/She is not pirating according to the post. They are using a legit version
and just want to bypass (re)activation everytime it is reinstalled.

Personally, I would concentrate my efforts towards resolving whatever
hardware/software problem is causing the OS to fail and require
reinstallation rather than continually treating the symptoms of the failure.
It's like putting new bandaids on a deep cut rather than getting stitches to
close the wound.
