You did post the above which I pasted\copied .What do you think it means ?? It means that the version that you need to purchase to Upgrade your RC1 has to be the same version as your RC1 or higher in the same language that you had as the Beta,

Home Basic does not apply to the above since it is a lower version than your RC1.

It is in Black and White which you did not understand
