I'm an IT Helpdesk Manager at a midwestern university. We do a lot of 'testing' of varous products - hardware, software, accessories - to ensure our level of support remains what the customers need. I inherited a Compaq tc1100 from my boss about 6 months ago. Windows XP/SP2; Office 2003; Lotus Notes 7.0.2. I was recently introduced to Ubuntu by the open-source freak-a-zoids in the department. Looked like something to be familiar with, so loaded it onto the tablet. Works like a champ - wireless and all !!
