What you say is not accurate. I explained why. What Linux has or doesn't
have is irrelevant to the inaccuracy of what you say. You can try to dance
around it but the fact is Vista does have some ability to manage partitions.
There are limitations to the features, but it's there.
Also the comment about the boot sector utility, whatever it is you mean, is
not relevant to the original purpose of this post.
It's clear your desire to bash clouds your understanding.
