The statement is very accurate. Better then XP means from nothing to

Windows has no partition manipulation utulity, period. Linux has a more
then one built in, and more (see Gparted and partimage for backing up a
partition).
The problem is the being an MVP does not allow you to admit, just try
and protect.
By the way, even the boot sector utility in Vista is screwed up.
