Yes, but it doesn't seem like a big deal. The only problem I have from
time to time is sometimes the TV Tuner InterVideo WinDVR 1.8 thinks the
webcam is the source and not the KWorld USB TV Tuner. Although closing
it down and unplugging the webcam fixes it. WinDVR does have an option
to select the source, but it lists nothing (or is grayed out, I don't
remember now). I believe KWorld software has their own funny way of
making WinDVR work with it. As it came with WinDVR. :)
