The problem has been solved by me. Simply restore the temporary internet
files folder to the default folder and everything is working just fine!

The default location in WinXP is typically C:\Documents and
Settings\[Username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files. Change the
location of your TIF folder back to the default, reinstall 931768 if you've
uninstalled it, and all should be well.
