| RE: Remote Assistance - XP Home taking control of Vista Home Premi Pad,
Did you never get an nswer or solve your problem.
I want to do the same exact thing as you. It worked when I hd my dads
computer on my network but niot when I sent it to him.
Microsoft says that XP machine should not be able to assist Vista machine.
Someone even said there is a setting in Vista to allow all windows to provide
assistance.
I am confused and ultimately wonder is I need to upgarde to Vista to make
this work.
Do you have any more information to add to assist me and others?
