| Re: Unable to install driver for webcam I am trying to install the driver for my Philips Webcam TouCam II PCVC 840K
on Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium. The webcam works on Windows XP and
it is connected to my PC through a USB port.
I downloaded the driver advised by Philips but, during installation, Vista
says that Windows cannot find the driver software for my device. Philips say
that a setting in my Windows may be preventing the installation.
Do I have to discard a webcam which I bought approx. 2 years ago for about
70 Pounds Sterling?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
