| Problems Syncing Blackjack with ActiveSync I just purchased my new Blackjack and downloaded ActiveSync to my computer, I
have tried to sync the phone and I continually receive a message that states
that the program cannot sync with the moblie device. No error message
appears on the the phone, but the program at least starts up and tries to
find the device.
I have followed all of the instructions on the Activesync site, redownloaded
and redownloaded the program and I have reset my phone twice. Nothing seems
to work. The only thing that I can think of is if the phone was connected to
the computer before or while ActiveSynce was downloaded. I don't know if
this is the problem or not, but it is the only other scenario that I see when
I read the instructions where I could have went wrong. Is there anyway to
fix this? Is it the device or my computer?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, because I have no idea what else to do. |
