Uninstall the Flash Player using this tool:

Restart the PC and delete this folder if it exists:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\Macromed\Flash\

Reinstall the Flash Player from:

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/downl...r_Version=MSIE
