You're missing at least (2) Security Updates for IE7. This suggests that
you have a horked (dirty) install of IE7. I suggest reading the following
link...

....and then uninstalling and reinstalling IE7 per Sandi's tips, and using
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx as the installation source,
not Automatic/Windows Update.

After uninstalling/reinstalling *exactly* per the above, check in at Windows
Update and install all critical updates offered.
