It could be your security settings inside IE or privacy control/antispyware
software that you have installed. Check if the feed sites are creating
cookies, since many of them do. Try accessing them inside another RSS reader
such as a web-based application. I am not endorsing Google Reader, Rocket
Reader or any other newsreader but you might want to use if for testing and
diagnosing this problem.
If it works in the other applications and not in IE7 I would delete them all
and reenter them from scratch. I use nntp//rss mainly myself.
