where you can download. You can check mirrors close to you.

I download/burn the free cds, live or production copy.

Why limit your selection from the shelf. You can get the free copy
without support and paper manual or the Vendor Shelf box with
support/manual.
These sites sell both, the free cd is cd burn cost and shipping.
