Re: windows explorer has stopped working

I have the same problem. I downloaded a plugin to watch a video and then had
some sort of spyware. I try to uninstall and my computer told me I needed to
reboot. When this occurred, the cycle of windows explorer is not working or
is restarting began. I cannot use anything in windows just firefox
