search microsfot.com/xbox.com and cannot fine the answer.



I have Vista Ultimate on my laptop at home; it recognized my 360 so I
configure the Media Extender; which works. However; my 360 can no longer
sign in to XBOX Live. It gets and IP, MUT, ICMP, DNS looks good; but can't
connect. The 360 is cabled to my router; so I know it's getting and IP and
worked with XBOX live; only hours before.
