raid 0 using the same drives is good as long as you have data backed up or
don't care to backup. i have used for a few years 2 western digital raptor
10k rpm drives as raid 0. first the 36gb ones on another pc. runs good.
better performance then a single drive, but not really that much if i could
even tell. then i have on new pc the 74gb drives in raid 0. works fine. |
