Another lie I've seen posted here

I don't know how many times I've seen those who
claim to know WTF they are talking about, say
that it is not "legal" or allowed by Microsoft
for folks using a Vista beta to be able to purchase
an Upgrade version of Vista and install it on top of
their Vista beta. Numerous posters were told they would
have to buy the full version. Wrong.
