Technically, since you have a valid XP Tablet PC key, you have a license
to run Tablet PC OS. In this case anhywhere you can find the OS Disk
will work (MSDN, etc.) - just be sure to use your legal key.

No doubt you will have the need for custom drivers from the gateway site
- validate that they are available before the attempt. If not, do as
Chris H. says and contact the manufacturer for Recovery Media. (And
this is very good advice, definitely the least painful and complete, but
not absolutely required if the optional drivers are available as
downloads, etc.)

Then, after you install the OS, you get to play the service pack game. ;)
