Yes, I understand what you're saying, and I agree. As I'm in the UK I've
always used a local time server and so luckily haven't been affected,
but I'm seeing the same problem posted in forums and groups all over.
Many users won't have an idea what a time server is or realise there are
many others they could try; they just think their Windows is broken :-(
Surely MS could at least *tell* people the servers aren't working and
what to do about it. . .
