Nightowl,

Thanks for showing me the post. I've pretty much come to the same
conclusions stated there. That's why I'm more than a little annoyed that M/S
doesn't seem interested in looking into it. I feel that they have some
responsibility, since neither of the default time servers that they installed
in WinXP work. And further, as I said earlier, many people are affected by
the problem and just don't realize it. (I know that other time servers will
work. But most people will not figure that out.)
