ezines have them. By that term I mean sites like Neowin, Bink, Pro
Networks.
What I'd do is searches for terms like Vista forums as well as checking out
the sites above. Additionally, both MSDN and Technet have forums on many
many subtopics of Vista that would be to your liking.
Just do a search for MSDN forums, or Technet forums.
Hardware sites also have excellent software groups. Dell, HP, Sony would be
an examples
Your diatribe ironically is as misdirected as your venom for those
qualities you fault.
A good amount of change is probably effected that you may not be privy to.
No one forces you to read anything.
