Vista and Windows Live OneCare

Since the Tune-UP feature of Live OneCare can't be disabled . . .
Since 'Tune-Up' automatically defrags *ALL* drives on a computer and there is NO way of
preventing this action . . .
. . . there is NO way Live OneCare can be allowed to run.

*We simply can not allow a process to run on a schedule, that can't be disabled, that defrags
drives that are huge and contain only very large files for storage purposes only.

Since the back-up feature of Live OneCare does not offer the option to back-up to an internal HD
renders that feature useless to me.

Is Windows Live OneCare an integral part of Vista that can't be disabled or, will we have the
option to install/use it - or not?

Thanks for any comments
