I also have the same problem, but it is with Windows XP Pro Edition. Exactely
as described above. I saw "Language bar" toolbar and have two "The Language
bar". When they appear in the context menu, I can remove 1 of them but
thereafter, I don't see the second toolbar anymore in the context menu. So
i'm stuck with a blank tool bar called "The language bar".

If you have a hint of soultion on how to remote it, Let me know.
