Hi Chet,

Floppy disks, Zip disks, SyQuest cartridges, and other removable media
do not have a Recycle Bin. Some removable drives come with utilities
(e.g., Zip Tools) which allow you to set up a Recycle Bin by fooling
Windows into thinking the drive is actually a fixed disk. Consult your
drive's documentation to find out if this is an option.
