downloaded & installed then restarted. I can get as far as the Welcome
screen & no farther. I currently am at work, so I don't have my PC's info,
but it's only 2 weeks old, Gateway DX430s, and other than Office 2007 &
Firefox, nothing I have loaded on my pc is what JH has.
