Is there a way to change the default settings for send to one note so that
a) I can indicate the desired location (section) to print to and
b) I can tell it to "create a single page for first page only with subpages
for remaining pages of file?

I was previously using ON2003 and am trying out ON2007and having a few
difficulties in the transition.
