Hi Bob,

I only have Ad-Aware, CCleaner, and Win Patrol on this computer. Same as I
have on my desktop, and I can open my e-mail attachments on that one ok.
It's like when I try to open an Office attachment, my computer isn't
recognizing that I have Word and Excel on the computer, and is giving me the
Unknown File Type error.
