Well, Spydoctor is an anti-Spyware not an anti-Virus, or they have
anti-virus no?.
Try to see your Power Options Schemes by going here:
Right click on Your Desktop and select Properties from the drop down list.
On the display Properties window click on Screen saver Tab then click on
Power Button and make your changes there.

Another: Right click My Computer and select properties from the drop down
list and click on Hardware tab then click Device Manager.
On Device Manager click to expand Network Adapter and select your Network
Interface card and right click or click Properties Button at the bottom.
Click on the power management Tab and make sure the option:
[ ] Let the computer turn off this device for power saving is unchecked.
